John Stanley Fisher
He was admitted to the hospital on September 4. 1987 due to having signs of a stroke. His condition was stabilized by September 7. He suffered an attack at 2:45 a.m. September 8 and died 20 minutes later. Angelo was found guilty of second degree manslaughter and second degree assault. Fisher was the age of 75
Anthony Greene
Mr. Greene suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. He was revived after having respiratory arrest on September 28. He would remain in a coma until his death, October 16. Mr Greene was the age of 57. Angelo was found guilty of second-degree murder and second-degree assault
Frederick LaGois
Went into cardiac arrest on October 9, 1987 while waiting for prostate surgery. He would die 12 hours later. Angelo was found guilty of criminally negligent homicide. LaGois was the age of 60
Milton Pultney
Went into cardiac arrest while recovering from gall bladder surgery on September 16, 1987. He also died on that day. He was 74 years old. Angelo was found guilty of second-degree murder and second-degree assault.
Gerolamo Kucich
Admitted into the hospital because of chest pains. “Early on the morning of Oct. 11, 1987, a man in a white coat whom he thought was a doctor came into his room, and asked him how he was feeling and injected something into his intravenous tube. He was the only victim of Angelo who survived and was in the indictment. Kucich was 75 years of age when the crime occurred. Angelo was found guilty of two counts of first-degree assault
Joseph Francis O’Neill
He had gastrointestinal problems and was admitted on September 21, 1987. He was placed into the hospital’s intensive and cardiac care unit. He died that night. He was 79 years old. Angelo was found not guilty of second-degree assault
Joan Hayes
It was alleged that she received an unauthorized injection of pavulon while Mr. O’Neill was being wheeled to the morgue by a nurse that was taking care of both Mrs. Hayes and Mr. O’Neill. Hayes suffered from kidney problems, she went into respiratory arrest and died that night. Angelo was not found guilty of three counts of assault
